In a culture where we are constantly inundated with social media and societal pressure, we can easily compare our private struggles to others' successes. Feelings of jealousy and envy creep into our hearts and often drive a wedge between us and those around us. What is the solution? Is it even possible to stop comparing ourselves to others? What does the Bible say about jealousy and envy? Is jealousy always a sin? What if God is trying to tell us something in those moments of jealousy? What if there is freedom on the other side of comparison - a freedom that leads to a place of such security in Jesus that we can celebrate with others freely? This one night Ladies event strives to free ourselves from the comparison trap, in order to live a life of freedom, contentment and celebration.
